Chapter Seventeen

"I don't trust that guy." Casey said. "What do you mean?" you asked. "I think he'll separate us for sure." Casey said. "Baby... he won't do that. He's my friend, and he knows that I love you, and only you." you said and smiled. He stared at you for a moment then looked away. "Just see. I assure you he doesn't like me anymore like before." You said. You rested your hand under his chin and made him look you. "Okay?" you asked and he nodded slowly. "I love you." he said. "I love you too." you said and kissed him. Then you heard someone knock on the door, "sorry to interrupt... " Adam said coming in. You pulled back. "Oh, right." you said. "Umm... anyway, my mum called and said that I've to come back home. I'll see you guys tomorrow." he said. "Okay..." you said. You and Casey waved goodbye and Adam left. "Now that he's gone." Casey said and pulled you closer. You giggled and he smiled. "Hey cutie." he said and you blushed. "Now... where were we?" he said, he leaned in closer then you wrapped your arms around his neck. DING DONG. "OH COME ON!!" Casey whined getting frustrated. You chuckled, "I'll get it." you said an ran towards the door. You opened the door and saw two cops. "Hello?" you said in a very confused voice. "Hello mam, I believe you're here with Casey Simpson?" one of them asked. "Why so?" you asked. "We wanted to inform you tha-" he got cut off. "Who's there?" Casey asked. He came next to you. "There he is." The other cop said. "What is going on?" Casey asked. You shrugged. "Well... since both of you are here, we've something to inform you about." The cop said. "Please, come in." you said. They entered. "so, what is it?" you asked. "Around this neighborhood, there has been some house robbery and murdering going on. We wanted to make sure you all were safe." he said. You gasped. "WHAT?!" you freaked out. "It's okay, we'll be safe." Casey said. "Speaking of safety, is there any adult in the house right now?" the cop asked.
