Chapter Twelve

There were only six official couples so the game ended quickly. "Let's see who has the most!!" Jake said. Lizzy grabbed you by your hand and took you to a corner. "Well... me and Jake definitely lost." Lizzy said with a frown on her face. "Wait... do you... never mind." You said. "What?! What were you going to say!!??" She started freaking. "You don't like Jake, do you?" You asked. Lizzy chuckled awkwardly. "Ooooo.... somebody's in loooooooovvvvveeeee...." you teased Lizzy. "No, I'm not sure if I love him... it's complicated." She said. "How's it complicated?" You asked. "I don't know..." she said. "We have a winner!!!" Jake shouted and stood on a table. You all gathered around him. Casey tapped on your shoulder and then he looked at you deeply. You got chills when you heard... "Casey and (y/n)!!" Jake announced. In the background, you heard everyone cheering. But you only heard three words from Casey, "I love you.". You didn't know how to react at all. Suddenly, tears started flowing down you cheeks. You pushed Casey away and ran in the bathroom. You heard him bang on the door really hard. You leaned your back against the door and hugged your knees. "Babe!! Open the door!" He shouted. You can hear others whispering why you cried. "(Y/n)!! Open the door, what's wrong?" Lizzy shouted and asked. "Nothing... I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT!!" You shouted. Then you felt so many thuds. "Open the door babe... otherwise I'll break it open!" Casey shouted. Jake helped too. Then you washed your face and just looked at yourself in the mirror. Still, you could t stop crying. "Babe, please just come out." Casey said and leaned against the door and started crying. You heard him and wiped your tears then opened the door immediately. Casey looked up and stood. "Why did y-" You cut him off and hugged him.
